This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.  In accordance with FAR Clause 13.104 the DEA has conducted a competition amongst three offerors and Quality Communications provided the lowest price quote.

As a result of this action on the part of DEA the government has determined to provide an order to Quality Communications for 14 Air Link Raven X EDVO SPCS, 5 Air Link Raven X EDVO AT&T, 50 Air Link Raven X EDVO VZW, 69 Dipole Cellular Half Wavelength Antenna, and Shipping for a total price of $39,486.00. 

As a result of this competition it was determined that Quality Communications offered the lowest price to the government.
