Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is for providing Cellular services to U.S. Embassy, Islamabad and its constituent consulates in Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar in a professional manner in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW). The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract with minimum value of PKR 2.5 Million and maximum PKR 30 million per contractual year. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via FedBizOpps. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date. Please see the RFP to follow in the month of November 2014 for the actual response date.
