The anticipated date for release of the Request for Proposal is on/or about 02 May 2016. This acquisition will provide cellular phone services consisting of flat rates for calls within the CENTCOM AOR calling group, rates for Short Message Service (SMS) text messages, rates for roaming calls, rates for international calls, and Global Positioning Radio Satellite (GPRS) services.

The area of performance for this procurement is throughout the CENTCOM AOR. The initial performance is expected in the State of Kuwait.

The awardee will be selected on the basis of Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The NAICS Code for this procurement is 517210 (Wireless Telecommunications Carriers (except Satellite)). The Government anticipates a base plus up to two (2) option years.
