This solicitation is for mobile telephone and data services.  The U.S. Mission Pakistan including U.S. consulates in Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar are using 2,000 (approx.) lines for official purposes.  The Contractor shall provide complete mobile telephones services for U.S. Embassy in Islamabad and consulates in Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar. The anticipated performance period is for a base year with four optional one-year periods, if exercised by the Government.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.  The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror.  The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.  The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract.  No electronic offers or proposals will be accepted.
