This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All vendors who provide goods/services to DoD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). 

Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 23 June 2021 with a closing date approximately 7 to 30 days from the date of issue.  The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at FBO.gov.   Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to FBO.
