Notice of Intent for Sole Source

The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal contract for the licensing fee of Censis software, which will manage the Central Material Service (CMS) inventory down to the instrument level. The system will fully automate the assembly process, manage maintenance schedules, and effectively train staff at Tripler Army Medical Center, Department of Surgery, CMS Service. This requirement is for a period of performance from 4 October 2019 through 3 October 2020 (Base, plus four (4) one-year option periods).

The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Censis Technologies, Inc., as the required software is proprietary to and is distributed exclusively by Censis. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The NAICS code of this procurement is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5 M.
