The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for Censis Software Licensing Services for Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii.  This requirement is for a period of performance from 4 October 2024 – 3 October 2025 (base period), with four (4) one-year option periods.  The contractor will be required to provide services of the CensiTrac surgical instrument tracking system which includes software licensing, software security, and software upgrades and maintenance.

The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Censis Technologies, Inc.  Censis Technologies, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of this proprietary software and is the only source that can provide the required proprietary services.
