San Jacinto Community College District is soliciting qualifications from qualified firms to provide construction manager-at-risk services for the Central Campus McCollum Renovation. Project Estimate: The current Construction Cost is estimated at $19,400,000. Schedule: Design activities commenced in March 2020 and are scheduled to be completed in September 2020. Construction activities are scheduled to start in October 2020 and be completed by November 2021. All proposals must be submitted through this IonWave e-Bidding system. The system does not allow responses to be submitted unless all requirements have been met such as responses to required Attributes and uploaded required Attachments.
