The project work to be done in general consists of mobilization, remove floor tiles and seal cracks, selective demolition and removal of concrete slab-on grade (portion), re-compact subgrade and backfill, reconstruct concrete slab-on-grade complete with drain rock, waterproof membrane and reinforcements, concrete slab raising, patch up cracks in drywalls and paint, demolition and removal of existing CMU retaining walls and footings, reconstruct reinforced concrete retaining walls and footings, removal of existing trees, shrubs and irrigation, and replace with landscaping and irrigation system as shown on Plans and as specified in these Special Provisions.
