Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement to procure ceramic elements. This procurement is being processed on an unrestricted basis as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334419. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 Employees.

NUWCDIVNPT intends to purchase the following Ceramic Elements on a Firm Fixed Price basis:

The anticipated release date of solicitation N66604-19-Q-1292 is on, or about, August 1, 2019. The closing date for receipt of quotes will be established in the Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the FBO.gov website. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the website and for monitoring the site for any amendments.
