The proposed improvements will replace approximately 3,500 ft of sewer pipe from the Shackelford Crossing heading north along Zeff Rd, rehab the existing pipe and install a secondary line beneath SR 99 for about 800 ft. Also, the project includes an installation of a Parshall Flume at Hosmer & 9th Street. The entire deposit is refundable if plans and specifications are returned in good condition within fifteen calendar days after Council action.
