In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, the Government intends for this acquisition to be a sole source award to a large business concern.  The National American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517410.  The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price.  If at any time the Government determines that the requested services are no longer required, the Government reserves the right to not make an award.  The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be submitted directly to COMSAT, Inc., a large business.  All inquires regarding this requirement shall be submitted electronically and directed to Lacey Arentsen at [email protected] and Jarid Schulte at [email protected].
