Notice of Intent for Award:  AFRL/RVKY at Kirtland AFB, NM intends to award a sole source requirement to JL Shepherd & Associates.

JL Shepherd & Associates is the only authorized vendor encompassing service and maintenance for the self-shielding J.L. Shepherd Model 78-2M calibrator for the US Air Force.
