The Army Contracting Command - Redstone is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and capability to provide one (1) each Cesium Frequency Standard, Microsemi, Model 4310B, P/N 14534-110.

The government minimum specifications are as follows:
• Ability to power on with the standard U.S. 115 Volt 60 Hz AC power source,
• Output impedance of either 50 Ohms or 1 MOhm,
• a 1, 5 or 10 MHz bnc output with a voltage level of at least 200 mV peak to peak (70 mVrms) for 50 Ohm output impedance,
• Accuracy of 1x10-12 or better,
• Allan deviation stability floor of 5x10-14 or better,
• Environment operation from 5 - 40 degrees Celcius and up to 90% humidity.
