The 413th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Office Hawaii (RCO-HI), is performing market reesarch through this Sources Sought inquiry for firm-fixed-price requirements-type commercial services contract.  THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION for proposals or quotes.  The purpose of this notice is obtain information regarding:

1-The availability and capability of qualified business source able to perform the required work on U.S. Army Installations at various locations on Oahu, Hawaii;

2-What is the size of the capable business and to identify whether they are large or small businesses; veteran-owned small businesses, woman-owned small businesses, or small disadvantaged businesses;

3-Their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition.

NAICS:  562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services

Size Standard:  $7.5 Million

Requirement:   

The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, transportation, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to perform waste water inspection, pumping, cleaning, treatment and disposal services for septic tanks, cesspools (to include lint traps if applicable) at Schofield Barracks, Field Station Kunia, Kahuku Training Area, Makua Military Reservation, Wheeler Army Airfield, and Schofield East Range, Army Military Installation on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii.  Services shall be performed in accordance with Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations.

Anticipated Period of Performance:  To start 11/1/2016

Submission:  Interested, qualified, and equipped organizations should submit a tailored capability statement for this requirement:

1-Not to exceed two(2) single-sided pages that clearly detail the ability and equipment available to perform the requirement of this notice

2-On the top of the first page of your capability statement should include:
a.  Current certified small business status (HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, 8(a), etc.) or large business status

b.  Organization's name and address

c.  Point of Contact name, telephone number, and email address

d.  DUNs Number and Cage Code

All capability statements sent in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT notice must be submitted via e-mail to Angela McColor, Contract Specialist at [email protected] by Thursday 9/29/2016 at 10:00am HST.  All responses must be received by the specified due date and time in order to be considered.  ANY RESPONSES RECEIVED AFTER THAT DATE AND TIME MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED.
