Description:

The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers,  Long Range Enforcer Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding sole source procurement to Lifestream Water Inc for the following service:

1.      Contractor to inspect and groom ship’s reverse osmosis water purifier unit.

Lifestream Water Inc is the OEM for manufacturing/maintenance of the engines and posses the technical data and/or drawings pertaining to the ability to complete this service. The drawings/technical data are proprietary to Lifestream Water Inc

 This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC HAMILTON.  Vendor will provide all the parts listed above.  NAICS Code # 336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 October 29, 2019 will be reviewed by the Government.   A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.  Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no affirmative responses are received by the date specified above to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, a purchase order will be negotiated and awarded to Lifestream Water Inc
