The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, Ice Breaker and Buoy Tender Patrol Class, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding sole source procurement to Adrick Marine for the following parts and services:

Installation of upgraded straight cooling air conditioning system and troubleshooting/repairs of the system.

Adrick Marine Group, Inc. is the OEM for the HVAC unit and their components and has the proprietary data required to provide the part needed.

This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC Katherine Walker. Vendor will provide all the services listed above. NAICS Code # 336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 PST 27 July, 2018 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no affirmative responses are received by the date specified above to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, a purchase order will be negotiated and awarded to Adrick Marine Group, Inc.
