3. Changes to Work Item 41: Superstructure, Preserve "Partial", Paragraphs 3.2.2.1 and 3.2.2.2.
4. The deadline for receipt of quotes remains April 18, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
