Chair Upholstery

The Brooklyn Job Corps Academy is soliciting bids for a reupholster company who can reupholster our cafeteria chairs.

The Brooklyn Job Corps Academy is a federally funded vocational and educational training program for youth. The program is open year round with approximately 200 trainees. The Brooklyn Job Corps is a satellite center of the South Bronx Job Corps and it is operated by ResCare, Inc. for the US Department of Labor.

SCOPE OF WORK

To replace our existing chair fabric seats with black vinyl.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS

Bidders should respond to the above solicitation by the COB on February 26, 2015.

All interested parties must call Ms. Barbara Kimbrough to request a bid package.

• Must be in compliance with all Local, State and Federal Guidelines and
  Regulations
• Work to be accomplished in a safe and efficient manner with minimal or no
  disruption or endangerment to trainees and/or staff.
• Must provide a copy of current licensure and insurance
• Must be registered on the SAM.gov Website
• Must complete Vendor Packet. Which consist of the following items:
   • New Vendor Form. DUN# Section is a priority.
   • W-9 Form
   • Non-Conflict of Interest
   • Terms & Conditions and
   • Anti-Bribery Form-Sign in the Approval Box
