The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for procurement of Air Show Chalet Tents.  Refer to the attached Statement of Need (SON) for more information.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532284.  The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 7359.  The size standard as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement is $7.5M.  Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, DPN 20171228, and AFAC 2017-1003.

Beale AFB, CA intends to award a single award for Air Show Chalet Tents In Accordance With (IAW) the attached SON.

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
