Based upon additional information made available to the Contracting Officer, the Government will be using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. FAR Part 15 Clauses and Provisions under solicitation SPM7MX-09-R-0121 will remain in effect for CLINs 0006, 0018, 0029, 0033, 0038, 0040 and 0041. FAR Part 12 Clauses and Provisions under solicitation SPM7MX-09-R-0121 will remain in effect for the remaining CLINs referenced on this solicitation.
