Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603)
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4608-21-Q-0087, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.
This is a full and open set-aside and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number is 721110. The small business size standard is $35,000,000.00.

Description/Purpose: This requirement is for the procurement of hotel rooms/conference rooms for the chaplains to conduct a marriage retreat.
The requirement is as follows:
Projected dates for the retreat are: September 10 - 12, 2021.
1. 29 rooms with some rooms that can accommodate families of up to 8 members
2. One conference room that can accommodate at least 87 children
3. One conference room equipped with audio/visual equipment that can accommodate at least 58 adults
4. Has a restaurant or catering service on property to provide Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and Sunday breakfast for at least 145 people
5. Provide snacks between [five] breakout periods
6. Have family oriented activities to implement the training they receive (examples: arts and crafts, kids shows, rope course)
7. Indoor swimming pool
Questions and answers: Questions must be submitted in writing/email by Monday, 23 August 2021; 12:00 PM Central Time and the answers will be posted on www.sam.gov

“Notice to Offeror(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.”
The following provisions are applicable to this solicitation. Please note, this is an RFQ using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. For the clauses and provisions listed in this solicitation, the terms “offeror” and “bidder” are considered to mean “vendor”; and the terms “offer” and “proposal” are considered to mean “quote.”
Quotes shall be submitted in electronic format and emailed to [email protected] and [email protected] no later than the solicitation due date and time. Email is the required method; however, it is the contractor’s responsibility to follow up with the listed POC to ensure their quote was received on time. Since award will be based on initial responses, offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response.
Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the following addenda applies. Offerors shall submit their prices on letterhead stationery and the contractor must remit a completed copy of the REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS at FAR 52.212-3, and follow the instruction as provided in the clause. Offers will be evaluated on the prices as offered. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the offer. If an offeror cannot comply with every requirement, that offer will not be acceptable, and therefore will not be considered. Once an offer has been determined to be acceptable, and in compliance with all directions in this solicitation, the Government will award to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price. Offers shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and the 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications with its offer.

Offers must be received no later than 25 August 2021; 12:00 PM Central Time. Offers received after this date and time will be considered as late submissions in accordance with 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated or considered.
