This acquisition is for the purchase of the following services: To provide meeting and banquet rooms, audio visual equipment and technical assistance, food services, and room availability as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the USAFHC Chaplain Annual Summit Conference for approximately 350 attendees to be held in Orlando, Florida during 15-22 May 2011.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement;
price;
past performance ;
Technical and past performance, when combined, are more important than price
By submission of an offer, the contractor accedes to all terms and conditions of the solicitation and the PWS. The type of contract will be fixed price. Interested offerors shall submit their quote using the attached Document which requires responses regarding your technical capability, a reference point of contact regarding your past performance on a large conference project, and your price proposal recorded on the Bid Schedule included on the attached Document.
