The City of Charlotte is soliciting bids from qualified solar PV providers to design, engineer and build turn‐key installations of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at multiple city owned buildings which collectively represent approximately 420 kW DC of total solar capacity. Respondents shall have demonstrated experience designing, planning, scheduling, permitting and constructing complete solar PV systems, have knowledge of local utilities, provide project financial analysis and rebate support and provide system monitoring.
