2. Cannon AFB, NM is seeking sources interested in a possible contract to provide Chemical Latrines and Domestic Waste Water Tank Pumping Services at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, material, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to furnish and maintain portable chemical latrines, handwash stations, and pump domestic wastewater holding tanks at Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB) and Melrose Air Force Range (MAFR), New Mexico. The Contractor shall perform the requirements of this SOO in compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and regulations.

3. All interested parties are invited to provide the following information for your company/institution and for any teaming or joint venture partners, provide examples of past experience on projects from Department of Defense, State and Local agencies that are similar in scope.
