The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist by ascertaining if this effort can be successfully competed and/or set-aside for Small Businesses. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334516, Automatic chemical analyzers, laboratory -type, manufacturing, with a corresponding size standard of 1,000 employees. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all large and small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned, HubZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central, JBSA, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is seeking potential sources to provide Chemistry Testing and Immunoassay Testing under a Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) agreement for the Chemistry Section, Department of Pathology and Area Laboratory Services Core Laboratory of the San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The agreement shall provide SAMMC laboratories with dynamic Clinical Chemistry Analyzers that enhance productivity through consolidated immunoassay and clinical chemistry testing. Total cost includes analyzer equipment, maintenance of equipment, Reagent Commitment - Per Reportable, Calibrators, Consumables and Controls for CPT Moreno (FSH) Clinic, ED Stat Lab, Reference Lab and Core Lab. Attachment I provides a list of chemistry test types. It is anticipated there will be single award firm fixed priced purchase order awarded.
