The Department of the Navy (DoN) intends to negotiate a one-time sole source contract with Beckman Coulter 250 South Kraemer Blvd, Brea, CA 92821.  The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).

This notice will be distributed through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring FBO website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 334516; the size standard is $15 million dollars.

The Department of the Navy (DoN) intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to Beckman Coulter 250 South Kraemer Blvd, Brea, CA 92821 for Chemistry and IMMUNOASSY Cost per Reportable Report (CPRR).

Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government it has been determined DON's requirement can only be provided by Beckman Coulter 250 South Kraemer Blvd, Brea, CA 92821 as they are the only authorized distributor for CPRR products.
