The Work under this Project consists of demolition of the existing fishing pier and building of the new fishing pier in the same general location with improved ADA accessibility/design options. Construction of ADA parking facilities and ADA accessible pathway to the new pier. All supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other appurtenances and/or incidentals required, and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on the Drawings, or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Contract Plan/Drawings and Specifications. Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference The pre-bid conference will be held at Chickahominy Riverfront Park, 1350 John Tyler Highway, Williamsburg, Virginia 23185, Picnic Shelter by the pool on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 @ 10:00am. Bidders are strongly encouraged to walk the project site.
