The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF), through its Procurement Unit (Procurement), requests bids to establish a contract for the purchase of two (2) Child Welfare Case Review Services. DCF is seeking an estimated 3,500 hours per year of case review staff time to conduct reviews in the areas of Access, Initial Assessment and Ongoing Services using standardized review instruments that measure Wisconsin state and federal child welfare standards. Cases will be assigned by the Quality Review Unit. Most of the reviews will be completed remotely; some cases may be conducted on-site throughout Wisconsin. Onsite locations will primarily be Milwaukee or Madison but may vary throughout the state. Onsite interviews are a part of the review process will require travel and may occur over two consecutive days requiring overnight stays. This is a long-term project. The length of the project is dependent on project need and funding.
