This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Navajo Area Indian Health Services, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), Information Resource Management (IRM) is requesting for submittal of offers for a contractor to provide and install a Wireless Local Network (WLAN) to provide data and voice connectivity to the CCHCF facility. Services shall be performed in strict accordance with the attached Performance Based Work Statement (PBWS).
