This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this solicitation.

This is a solicitation for a SOLE SOURCE requirement for Leidos Inc., for the purchase of a Chlorinator Training and Troubleshooting. The work will take place at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) Detachment in San Diego, California. The anticipated Period of Performance is November 1st 2021 - November 5th 2021. 

The NAICS code for this requirement is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training and this solicitation is a SOLE SOURCE. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate and award a contract with Leidos Inc. on a sole source basis by authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) and FAR 6.302-1.
