This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is LOGAN-F3Z0452095A004; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60 effective 26 July 2012; Defense DPN 20120724 effective 24 July 2012, and AFAC 2012-0330 effective 30 March 2012. This acquisition is unrestricted and set aside for small businesses; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 711130 the business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 2199. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7929. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This requirement shall be 100% small business set-aside.

Travis AFB has a requirement for a Protestant Gospel Service Choir Director. Please see attached Statement of work for further information.

Delivery Date - 30 days ADC; FOB Destination

CLIN 0001-AA : Direct Adult, Youth, and Children's Gospel Choir at scheduled rehearsals, worship services and special events for one base period (12 Months) plus 4 option years, see Statement of Work (SOW).

CLIN 1001-AA: Option year 1 - October 2013 through September 30 2014

CLIN 2001-AA: Option year 2 - October 2014 through September 30 2015

CLIN 3001-AA: Option year 3 - October 2015 through September 30 2016

CLIN 4001-AA: Option year 4 - October 2016 through September 30 2017


This award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.

52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984)
Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
