The Chrome Run Bridge, which carries the Chester Creek Trail over Chrome Run, was inspected to determine if the structural capacity was sufficient to allow construction vehicles to utilize the bridge. The findings of the inspection report require that certain repairs, as specified herein, must be completed prior to the bridge being used by fully loaded triaxle trucks. All work shall be done in accordance with PennDOT standards. All materials shall be obtained from PennDOT approved manufacturers and/or suppliers listed in PennDOT Bulletin 15, Approved Construction Materials, Publication 35 and PennDOT Bulletin 14, Aggregate Producers, Publication 34. Materials certification documentation, delivery slips, receipts or other documentation indicating the quantity, type and specifications of materials received must be provided to the OWNER.
