The scope of work consists of the installation of removal and partial salvage of an existing roofing material, asbestos abatement, termite and dry-rot treatment and repair, re-installation of salvaged roofing materials, installation of new roofing materials, and miscellaneous repairs as identified in the Plans and Specifications. The Chula Vista Women’s Club Roof Replacement includes the installation of new roofing and associated appurtenances. The scope of this project also includes traffic control, protection and restoration of existing improvements, other miscellaneous work, and all labor, material, equipment, and transportation necessary for the project.
