This solicitation is for a reliability study for the A-10 CICU. The study will include analysis of the failure modes of the CICU (Hardware Only), test requirements documents review, obsolescence/DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortage) study, and the completion of a final analysis report.

This notice is solely a solicitation. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. No contract award is guaranteed based upon this posting. Preparation costs will not be reimbursed for submissions.

Any questions must be submitted by 08 August 2011. Questions received after 08 August 2011 will not allow sufficient time for the government to respond in a timely manner. Answers to the questions will be posted as soon as possible but no later than 12 August 2011.
