The nature of the actions being approved is to upgrade the United States Army Medical Research Directorate - Georgia's (USAMRD-G) Enterprise Architecture. The Cisco brand network switches, firewalls, and subsequent services are needed to
replace current Cisco products that are approaching end-of-life cycle. The products will also be used to expand the cunent Enterprise Architecture for bridging the USAMRD-G Administrative and Research elements.
