COMBINED SYNPOSIS/SOLICITATION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and is set-aside 100% for SB. The solicitation document, incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36, effective 11 August 2009. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Prospective offerors must be CCR registered and must complete the ORCA on-line representation or provide a copy of their representation and certification as required by FAR Clause 52.212-3.

1. Description:

Cisco IP phones, sofware license and warranty support for ACC A6 and associated units within ACC.

This is a brand name requirement for Cisco Products. Approved redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) is attached.

All responsible small business sources providing the Cisco brand name equipment may submit a quotation.

The Cisco VoSIP requirement includes 44 each of the following:
