AMENDMENT NOTICE: The purpose of this amendment is to correct the NAICS code to 541519 and clarify that the requirement is for New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is EE-1330-13-RQ-0885. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) per the specifications provided in the attached document. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-69. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423430. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. NOAA is seeking two (2) identically configured Cisco routers and SmartNet support per the specifications provided in the attached solicitation.
