ONLY AWARDEES UNDER THE NETCENTS-2 IDIQ CONTRACT WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD UNDER THIS SOLICITATION.

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION:  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.

The solicitation document #FA8604-17-F-1385, is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95.  Reference the PR solicitiation number in the subject line of the RFQ response.

This requirement is for the following products:   

Cisco SX20 VTC equipment - see attached redacted J&A for Exception to Fair Opportunity and Bill of Materials for requirements specification. 

All items must be TAA compliant in accordance with FAR.

DPAS rating is DO-A7.

NETCENTS-2 pricing is required.

All NETCENTS-2 clauses apply.

The clauses at FAR 52.203-18 (Prohibition on Contracting with Entities that Require Certain Internal Confidentiality Agreements or Statements-Representation) and FAR 52.203-19 (Prohibition on Requiring Certain Internal Confidentiality Agreements or Statements) apply.

Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsive, responsible offeror.

Anticipated Award Date is:  21 September 2017
