PACIFIC REGION VOIP PHONE SYSTEM, (ref: RBM00100018) This COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION is for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The Bureau of Indian Affairs requests the purchase of CISCO Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephones, licenses, and warranties of quantities and models to be delivered to Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pacific Regional Office in Sacramento, California. The requested Cisco equipment shall be from responsible, Native-American, Small Business vendors; vendors shall certify that they are a Cisco authorized partner and that they possess the certification/specialization level required by Cisco to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with Cisco Systems certification/specialization requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Vendor shall warrant that the products are new, in their original box. No Gray equipment shall be accepted. The Vendor also confirms to have sourced all Cisco products submitted in this offer from Cisco, or through Cisco authorized channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and policies at the time of purchase.
