The 375thContracting Office at Scott AFB IL intends to solicit and negotiate, on a sole source basis, with International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, Inc.(ISC2)  for the purchase of CISSP Annual Maintenance Fee Voucher's and CAP Annual Maintenance Fee Vouchers. ISC2 is the only -authorized distributor for the CISSP and CAP certifications for US Air Force to meet IAM Level III cetification IAW DOD 8570.1M.  Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals.  This special notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  However, any proposals received within 4 days after date of publication of this special notice will be considered by the Government.  A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this special notice is solely withing the discretion of the Government.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  Any inquiries should be emailed to Kevin Thomas at [email protected] or 618-256-9264.
