In accordance with FAR Part 5.7, Publicizing Requirements Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, this is a notification that the National Library of Medicine intends to award a competitive Time-and-Material (T&M) delivery order under the GSA Federal Supply Schedule, Group 70, SIN 132-51 for the Center for Information Technology, National Institutes of Health. The period of performance will be for date of award through one year with 7 successive one-year options. The base year will be funded using ARRA funds. Subsequent years will use non-ARRA funding for the requirement entitled RECOVERY-Professional Services to provide installation of fiber and copper riser cabling; build-out main network router room, 14th floow tel/lan room, install CATV infrastructure, procure and install passive distribution antenna system, procure ISDN hardware and procure network hardware. The purpose of this requirement is in support of the NIH mission, DNST requires a recognized Siemon Company Certified Contractor's services for the design and installation of cabling of the Bldg. 10 "F" wing, Phase A.
