Shared-ride Taxi Service Provider for curb-to-curb demand responsive taxi service available to the general public. Selected contractor to provide all segments of taxi service including dispatching, driving, vehicle maintenance, record keeping and accounting. One contract will be awarded which will cover the period January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021. The contract will contain three 1-year options. Offerors must price options at the time of proposal submission in order to be considered for award. The pricing proposal submitted by the successful Offeror will be incorporated in the resultant contract as the contract’s Pricing Schedule.
