Sealed bids in duplicate for façade improvement work at eight (8) properties, a project funded by a Community Development Block Grant, will be received by The City of Buena Vista’s Office of Community Development at 2039 Sycamore Avenue, Buena Vista, VA 24416, until 2:00 pm, local prevailing time on September 30, 2022, and then publicly opened and read aloud at Buena Vista City Hall.
