The City of Carrollton requests proposals from experienced developers to design and build a mixed-use development in downtown Carrollton. Site location is approximately a 2.4-acre city block bordered by U.S. Highway 27 North, Alabama Street, North Cliff Street, and Johnson Avenue. The City of Carrollton desires a mixed-used, multi-story development that will complement the growing and vibrant downtown business district. Preference will be given to proposals which include a development capable of hosting meals for large groups (150 or more people). Proposals should be market driven and consistent with the planning initiatives and vision set forth in the 2023 Comprehensive Plan.
