This project involves site and building construction for the proposed Fire Station #23 located at 300 Centennial Drive. The site construction includes but is not limited to site demolition, clearing, grubbing, grading, maintenance and removal of erosion control BMP’s, utilities installation, storm drainage, pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and landscaping/grassing. The building construction includes but is not limited to construction of approximately 7,450 square feet of building space along with complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
