The City of Clarkston, Georgia is requesting competitive proposals from qualified vendors to conduct a greenway connectivity feasibility study. The selected consultant will conduct an extensive public outreach process to develop a connectivity study for the City of Clarkston. It is anticipated that the consultant will work with the staff and community to produce a phased connectivity feasibility study with an extensive public outreach process that will incorporate upcoming and countywide trails and park plans. The study should include an analysis of and recommendations for pedestrian access/connectivity to infrastructure, parks and trails, and other amenities, as well as the impact this increased connectivity will have on residential occupancy.
