NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Midlothian, TX is accepting sealed competitive proposals for Group Medical and Dental Insurance as well as FSA Administration. Sealed proposals will be accepted until 2:30 p.m. CST, on Tuesday, July 14th, 2020. Proposals must be sent to: Cheryl Allison, Purchasing Agent, City of Midlothian, 104 W. Avenue E, Midlothian, TX 76065 and clearly marked “2020-24 City of Midlothian Employee Benefits RFP”. The RFP is available via email request to [email protected] or on the City website at www.midlothian.tx.us.
