A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 2:00pm at the project site within Lynch Park, 2200 S. 21st Street. Sealed bids to be addressed to Elizabeth Butler, City Clerk, LC-1, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, marked BID ON: “City of Omaha CONCESSION / RESTROOM FACILITY REMODEL”, must be in her office on or before 11:00 A.M. on: Wednesday, OCTOBER 5, 2022 at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC-4, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center. This project is the renovation of an existing concessions and restroom facility in Lynch Park. It includes about 500 square feet of interior renovation; including renovation of restrooms to current ADA requirements. It also includes a new roof, other exterior finish improvements, and structural rehabilitation, as well as other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
