The City of Roswell, Georgia, (Owner) is seeking GDOT Pre-Qualified Contractors for the construction of the following Project: ITB# 24-046-A CITY OF ROSWELL 2024 BRIDGE REPAIRS. Ninety (90) calendar days have been allotted for performance of construction. Liquidated damages have been set in accordance with the Bid Documents. A Bid Bond equal to 5% of the base bid will be required. 100% Payment and Performance bonds will also be required by the successful contractor. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the location, date and time provided for and on the City’s official bid management and receipt platform, accessed using the City’s Designated Website: https://roswellgov.bonfirehub.com/opportunities. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Bid opening will also be provided via simultaneous Zoom virtual meeting. Zoom information will be provided on the Designated Website.
